Objectives: Comprehending the Goals

Our key objectives for Houston Methodist were to deploy a new instance of Marketo and Salesforce to support a wide range of marketing campaigns and to develop a custom API integration between Redpoint CDP and Marketo for secure management of Personal Health Information (PHI). Additionally, we aimed to create modular email and program templates within Marketo to streamline the campaign creation process. 

We needed to ensure seamless synchronization of campaign data between Marketo and Salesforce and thus provide a unified view of patient interactions and campaign performance.
