AI · Brainiac, the GTM Analyst
An analyst in your team chat who already knows your numbers.
Brainiac connects to the tools your go-to-market team runs on and answers questions in plain language, in Slack, Teams or wherever your team works. It shows how it got each answer and posts the chart. It also keeps watch and tells you when something changes. No data warehouse or BI team required.
Ask Brainiac a question.
Pick one. Brainiac answers in the thread the way it would in your Slack or Teams workspace: sources first, then the figure, the reason and a chart.
Pick a question on the left to see Brainiac answer it.
Every team has the same three-day question
"Why did pipeline dip?" goes to the one person who knows where the data lives. They export from three tools and argue with a spreadsheet. On Thursday a chart arrives that answers a slightly different question. By then the moment to act has passed.
Dashboards were meant to fix this. They answer the questions someone thought of last year.
What it's like to work with Brainiac
- 1
Connect what you already use.
Brainiac connects to 1,500+ apps: your CRM, marketing automation, ad platforms, web analytics, billing, warehouse and spreadsheets. It reads from them and never changes them.
- HubSpot
- Salesforce
- GA4
- Google Ads
- Meta
- Stripe
- Snowflake
- BigQuery
- Spreadsheets
- and 1,500+ more
- 2
It learns how your business counts.
What counts as an SQL? Which pipeline stage means committed? Brainiac builds a model of your metrics and checks it with you before relying on it. When your definitions change, it asks.
- 3
Ask in your team chat, like you'd ask a colleague.
Ask in Slack, Teams or wherever your team works, in a channel or a DM. Brainiac answers with the figure and a short reason, shows where the figure came from, and posts a chart. Ask a follow-up and it keeps the context.
- 4
It speaks up when something moves.
Set it to watch the numbers that matter: pipeline coverage, CAC, conversion by stage, spend pacing. You hear about a change when it happens, with a first explanation attached, not at the end of the month.
- 5
It builds the report you'd otherwise rebuild every Monday.
Ask for a recurring readout or a shareable dashboard and Brainiac builds it, keeps it current and posts it where your team will read it.
Built for go-to-market questions
| # | You ask | Brainiac does |
|---|---|---|
| 01 | "Which channels actually produced pipeline?" | Multi-touch attribution across your CRM and ad platforms, with the model's assumptions stated |
| 02 | "What happens if we move $40K from paid search to events?" | Media mix modelling with saturation curves and a range, not a single number |
| 03 | "Are we going to hit the quarter?" | Pipeline and revenue forecast with a confidence band, updated weekly |
| 04 | "Where are deals getting stuck?" | Funnel and stage-velocity analysis, down to rep, segment and source |
| 05 | "Did the campaign work, or would it have happened anyway?" | Holdout and incrementality analysis where your data supports it, and a plain warning where it doesn't |
| 06 | "Which customers are about to churn?" | Cohort, retention and churn-risk scoring |
You can check every answer
It shows the work.
Every number links to the sources, filters and logic behind it. Click "show the query" and you'll see exactly what ran.
It says when it doesn't know.
If the data can't support an answer, Brainiac tells you why and what would fix it. It won't make up a confident number.
Your data stays yours.
Brainiac runs in your environment with read-only access. Your data is not used to train anyone's model.
It's tested before you rely on it.
We check Brainiac against a set of questions with known answers from your business before rollout, and we keep checking afterwards.
What we won't promise
- It won't replace your analytics lead. It gives them their week back.
- It can't fix data that isn't captured. It will tell you what's missing.
Where it came from
We spent years building attribution models and dashboards for marketing teams, and the same thing kept happening: people had questions the dashboards couldn't answer, and they wanted to ask them in plain language. Brainiac is the analyst we built for that, made for every go-to-market team.
Who it's for
- Teams of 20 to 500 with numbers scattered across HubSpot or Salesforce, ad platforms and spreadsheets, and no data team.
- Larger teams that have a warehouse but a two-week queue for every question.
How a pilot works
We connect your tools and agree your metric definitions together
We test Brainiac on 30 questions your team actually asks, with answers you already know
Your team uses it in Slack, Teams or wherever it works. We tune it, set up the alerts and build your first recurring readout
You keep it, or you walk away with the metric model and the readout anyway
Questions
Do we need a data warehouse?
No. Brainiac connects to your tools directly. If you have a warehouse, it uses that too.
Does it change anything in our CRM?
No. It reads, it doesn't write, unless you explicitly ask for an action and approve it.
How is this different from asking ChatGPT?
ChatGPT doesn't know your metric definitions, can't see your CRM, and can't show you which rows it used. Brainiac does all three and keeps checking itself.
What does it cost?
Every engagement is scoped to your team. We'll give you a fixed quote after a working session.
